Gold you must spend $750

Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's perks through the rest of the current calendar year as well as the following calendar year. As you move up in the VIP Tiers, you will retain all benefits from your previous tier.

Yes! You work hard to earn points and we want you to feel confident that all of your points are right where they should be . . . in your account! The first thing to note is that there may be a delay in our systems communication and points could take anywhere from minutes to several hours to appear in your account.  However, if you feel like you have earned points but they are not showing up in your account you can also troubleshoot it with these tricks:

  1. Try to refresh your browser.
  2. Try to log out and then back in to your account.
  3. Check your ‘Rewards history’ in your Rewards account to see if the points were added without you realizing it.  Your ‘Rewards history’ will show you the number of points earned, how and when they were earned, as well as any redemptions of points made on your account.

Repairs can be offered for frames purchased directly through our website, or from any of our authorized vendors. All frames are inspected for Warranty coverage before moving forward with a repair. Our Limited warranty will only cover manufacture defects and will not cover damages from misuse or daily wear and tear. You can read more about our Limited Warranty

All repairs are subject to parts availability and dependent on the severity of the damage. Some damages will require a full frame replacement. No work will begin on your frames until we have permission to do so after quoting repair costs or confirming warranty coverage.

For Vuarnet repairs, we ask that you fill out our repair form, which can be found HERE. Please fill out the form completely and send to service@vuarnet.us Please include photos of the damage and have your proof of purchase handy for any repairs through our Limited Warranty. Once the form is sent in, please wait about 3-5 business days for our repair techs to look through each request and reach out with the next steps.

To figure out the temple width of your face, use a ruler to measure the distance between the two horizontal screws of the arms on your current glasses. (If you have a fine/angular/large round, we recommend the size small/medium/large).
