If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can t find it :
Verify the shipping address
Look for notice of attempted delivery
Look around the delivery location for your package and/or check with neigbors
See if someone else accepted the delivery
Some packages travel through multiple carriers : check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail
Wait 36 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 24 hours prior to arrival
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and receipt information if you still do not have your package and we will file a claim on your behalf. Please allow 24-48 hours for this to be handled for you
We try our best to make sure each order goes out in a timely matter. All orders placed online before 1PM EST will go out the same day. Orders placed after this time will go out on the following business day. Orders placed on Fridays after 1PM EST will go out the following Monday. For sale days and Holidays, please allow extra processing time.
Our Free Shipping option is provided via USPS Priority Mail and can take between 5-7 business days depending on your location (not including weekends or Holidays).
For urgent orders, we offer 2 expedited options via UPS: 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air.
2nd Day Air – orders must be placed before 2PM EST for your package to go out the same day. 2nd Day Air orders placed after this time will go out on the following business day. If an order is placed on a Friday after 2PM, they will go out the following Monday. Please note this service does not include Saturday deliveries.
Next Day Air – orders must be placed before 2PM EST for your package to go out the same day. Next Day Air orders do not include Saturday deliveries, please keep this in mind. Orders placed after 2PM EST will go out the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 2PM EST will go out the following Monday.
Typically, tracking updates are not available for the first 24 hours of a shipment. Please allow some time for the first scans to show on your tracking number. If it has been over 24 hours, and you still can not see a tracking update, do not fret. On some occasions, package scans will happen late will not show until the package is in your area. I have not received my tracking number. Where can I get it ?
Tracking numbers are automatically sent via email as soon as your order has shipped. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it in your inbox. If you still do not see your tracking email, please double check the email you entered at checkout. If there was a typo in your email, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can fix this for you, as well send your tracking number.
