Orders placed after this time will go out on the following business day. Orders placed on Fridays after 1PM EST will go out the following Monday. For sale days and holidays, please allow extra processing time.

We provide a diverse range of shipping alternatives, catering exclusively to the United States and its territories. Customers in Europe are kindly directed to visit vuarnet.com to place their orders. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside of the United States, & Europe.

    Typically, tracking updates are not available for the first 24 hours of a shipment. Please allow some time for the first scans to show on your tracking number. If it has been over 24 hours, and you still cannot see a tracking update, do not fret. On some occasions, package scans will happen late and will not show until the package is in your area. Please remain patient during this time. If you have an expedited order and you cannot see tracking updates, please reach out to us at eshop@vuarnet.us

      • Look for notice of attempted delivery
      • Look around the delivery location for your package and/or check with neighbors
      • See if someone else accepted the delivery
      • Some packages travel through multiple carriers : check your mailbox or wherever else you receive mail
      • Wait 36 hours - in rare cases packages may say delivered up to 24 hours prior to arrival
      • Please contact us at eshop@vuarnet.us with your order number and receipt information if you still do not have your package and we will file a claim on your behalf. Please allow 24-48 hours for this to be handled for you
