Return & Shipping Policy

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
We take great care to process and ship your orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. As a result, changes to your order—such as address updates or cancellations—cannot be accommodated once an order has been submitted. If a change request is possible, a $20 handling fee may apply.

SHIPPING
We offer a variety of shipping options to serve customers within the United States and its territories.

We strive to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible. Orders placed before 12 PM EST will be shipped the same day, while orders placed after 12 PM EST will be shipped the next business day. Please note that orders placed after 12 PM EST on Fridays will be shipped the following Monday. During sale periods and holidays, additional processing time may be required. If you need shipping accommodation, please contact us.

STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING (5-7 BUSINESS DAYS)
• Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $200.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING (3 BUSINESS DAYS)
• Free expedited shipping is available on all orders over $350.
• Expedited shipping is not available for delivery to P.O. Boxes.

TWO-DAY DELIVERY (2 BUSINESS DAYS)
• Shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
• Two-day delivery is not available for P.O. Boxes.

OVERNIGHT SHIPPING (1 BUSINESS DAY)
• Shipping costs vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
• Overnight delivery is not available for P.O. Boxes.

LOST, DAMAGED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will gladly provide a full replacement or refund once the issue is verified by the carrier. To ensure transparency, we partner with carriers to provide photo confirmation of delivery. Once a package is marked as delivered, neither the carrier nor Vuarnet is responsible for stolen packages.

We encourage customers to track their orders and make arrangements with the carrier if they will not be available to receive the delivery.  Our carriers offer options to redirect packages to a secure pick-up location for your convenience.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES


TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You have 21 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all original tags attached. Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned items.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been worn, used, altered, or sent back after the 21-day return period. After the 21-day return window, our Limited Warranty Policy becomes effective, provided all policy conditions are met. For full details, please review our Limited Warranty Policy.

Returns that do not meet our conditions will be rejected, and no refund will be issued. To ensure a smooth return process, please use the prepaid shipping label generated through our Return Center. Unauthorized returns sent to our warehouse without a prepaid label will not be accepted, and we are not responsible for such returns.

EXCHANGES
We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

GIFT RETURNS
At this time, we are unable to process returns, exchanges, or store credits for gift purchases.

TIMING
Refunds are issued for unworn, undamaged items returned in their original packaging with tags. Once we receive and inspect your return, please allow:

·       Up to 5 business days for processing.

·       Up to 30 days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are non-refundable and considered final sale.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked as FINAL SALE during sales events cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

  1. Log in to your customer account and select REQUEST A RETURN for the relevant order.
  2. Choose the items you wish to return and provide the reason for the return.
  3. Your return request will be processed. Depending on the reason, you will receive a prepaid return label either automatically or after approval by our team.

HOW TO PACK YOUR ITEMS

  1. Place the item(s) in the original packaging and include the shipping document you received with your order.
  2. Attach the prepaid return label to the outside of the package, covering any previous address labels.
  3. Refer to the carrier’s website (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) for instructions on dropping off your return.
