This return policy does not apply to products purchased in-store, but only to those purchased via the website at us.vuarnet.com.
All Sales items listed as FINAL SALE are a FINAL SALE and do not qualify for returns and/or exchanges.
RETURNS: TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You have twenty-one (21) calendar days from date of your purchase to return the product(s) without any liability. A refund will be granted for unworn and undamaged items, returned in their original packaging with original tags. The refund will be processed once we have received and inspected the product for any damages. Worn, used, altered, or returns sent after 21 days will NOT be accepted. Our warranty policy goes into effect at the end of the twenty-one (21) day period, provided that the conditions stated in the policy are met. Please refer to the Limited Warranty Policy on vuarnet.com.
Returns that do not meet our return conditions will be refused and no refund will be issued. We will not accept returns without the use of the shipping label generated from our return center.

EXCHANGES:
You have up to thirty (30) days from date of purchase to request an exchange. Worn, used, altered, or exchanges sent after 30 days will NOT be accepted.
Exchanged items can be returned for a store credit, a refund is not possible on any exchange purchases.
Store credits are issued in a form of a E-Gift Card.
EXCHANGES:
They can be returned within 30 days of original purchase date, if the item was purchased at us.vuarnet.com. A store credit will be issued in a form of an E-Gift Card.
HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN
1) Please visit https://vuarnet-usa.loopreturns.com/ to be re-directed to our return portal.
2) Enter your complete order number (i.e. #1234-V) and your email address (same address used to process your original order) or zip code.
HOW TO PACK YOUR ITEMS
1) Pack item(s) in the original packaging and include the shipping document you received in the box to initiate the return. Please be sure to attach the pre-paid return label on the outside of the package covering any previous address label.
2) You can drop the package at your nearest USPS (local post office) location. To find your nearest USPS location, please visit usps.com or call 1-800-275-8777.
