RETURNS: TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Refunds You have a period of twenty-one (21) calendar days starting from the date of your purchase to initiate a return of the product(s). To receive a refund, the items must be unworn and undamaged, returned in their original packaging with the original tags. The refund will be processed after we have received and inspected the product for any damage. Please note that we will not accept returns for items that have been worn, used, altered, or sent back after the 21-day deadline. Our warranty policy becomes effective once the twenty-one (21) day period has ended, as long as the policy conditions are met. Returns that fail to meet our return conditions will be rejected, and no refund will be issued. It is essential to use the shipping label generated from our return center for the return process.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items that have been worn, used, altered, or sent back after 21 days from the date of purchase. Please be aware that Gift Cards are non-refundable and considered final sales. Additionally, shipping fees are non-refundable.

TIMING:
Refunds will be provided for unworn and undamaged items, returned in their original packaging with original tags. The refund will be processed after we have received and inspected the product. Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed. It may take up to 30 days for the refund to be reflected depending on your financial institution.

FINAL SALE:
Any items listed as FINAL SALE during our SALES EVENTS cannot be returned or exchanged.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN:

1) Please visit https://vuarnet-usa.loopreturns.com/ to be re-directed to our return portal.
2) Enter your complete order number (i.e. #1234-V) and your email address (same address used to process your original order) or zip code.

HOW TO PACK YOUR ITEMS:
1) Pack item(s) in the original packaging and include the shipping document you received in the box to initiate the return. Please be sure to attach the pre-paid return label on the outside of the package covering any previous address label.

2) You can drop the package at your nearest USPS (local post office) location. To find your nearest USPS location, please visit usps.com or call 1-800-275-8777.

STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING (5-7 BUSINESS DAYS)
• Complimentary standard shipping on all orders exceeding $200.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING (3 BUSINESS DAYS)
• Complimentary expedited shipping on all orders exceeding $350.
• Delivery to P.O. Boxes are not eligible for expedited shipping.
2-DAY SHIPPING
• Shipping cost varies on the destination and will be displayed at checkout
• Delivery to P.O. Boxes are not eligible for 2-Day Shipping
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
• Shipping cost varies on the destination and will be displayed at checkout

While we strive for efficient order processing, please be aware that unforeseen events like weather, natural disasters, and transportation delays may affect delivery times through our carriers. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee timely delivery in such situations. We appreciate your understanding, and our customer support is ready to address any concerns you may have.

Orders placed online before 1PM EST will be dispatched on the same day, while those placed after this time will be shipped on the following business day. Orders placed on Fridays after 1PM EST will be shipped on the subsequent Monday. During sale events and holidays, additional processing time may be required.
Please take not that orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or major US holidays.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:
We take pride in promptly packaging and shipping orders to ensure swift delivery. Consequently, any modifications to your order, such as address changes, or cancellations, should be requested as soon as possible after placing the order. While we will endeavor to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once the order is placed, depending on the time elapsed since the order placement.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS:
Once verified by the carrier, we will replace any lost or goods damaged in transit with a full store credit or replacement of the original order. Lost orders are not eligible for a refund.
