Update Are your shops still open?
No - Our immediate and absolute priority is to ensure the health of our teams and our clients. So, the New York boutique is closed, as well as the Paris’ one.
Do we still take care of online orders?
Yes – Our eshop will remain open and all your online orders continue to be processed in a secure environment.
However, our manufacturing team is working remotely following government recommendations. Unfortunately this will cause delays in delivery and we hope for your understanding. As we continue to navigate the safest protocol for the safety and health of our team, we are expecting shipping delays of 7-10 days due to statewide shut downs in our state of New York.
Within the exceptional situation, orders will be only ensured to you with USPS basic shipping only.
How does it work for returns?
For now, we will have a minimum of 7- 10 day minimum delay to process your return and refund requests related to your online orders.
We apologize in advance for that. The return period will be extended in order to adapt to the situation. For all your requests, do not hesitate to contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org
Regarding repairs and warranties, unfortunately we are not currently able to process them. Your warranty period will be extended and you will be able to exercise your rights as soon as possible in accordance with our general terms and conditions of sale.
