The promoter of this challenge is Sporoptic Puilloux SA, a company incorporated under the laws of France, with its registered office at 12, Cours Albert 1er, 75001 Paris (FR), hereinafter referred to as the 'Promoter'.

1.     General Information

• Participation in this promotion constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any conflicting information, including advertising or promotional materials, is overridden by these Terms and Conditions.
• The promotion begins at 00:00 (GMT) on 23 December 2024 and ends at 23:59 (GMT) on 23 April 2025.

• The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice if circumstances beyond its control make such action necessary.

2.     Eligibility

• The promotion is open to individuals aged 18 or older as of the start of the promotional period and who are residents of the United States, France, Italy and Switzerland.
• Employees, agents, and representatives of the Promoter, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and anyone directly involved in the development or execution of the promotion, including their immediate families and household members, are ineligible to participate.
• Participants must use the Strava GPS Cycling and Running App (available as free or subscription service). A valid Strava account and email address are required.

3.     The Challenge

• Participants must log a cumulative total of 4 hours of physical activity (e.g., walking, running, cycling, or similar) using the Strava App during the promotional period.
• Upon successful completion of the challenge, participants will receive a Vuarnet Badge via the Strava platform.
• Eligible participants who complete the challenge needs to fill in the following information on https://vuar.net/strava : name, surname, phone number & email address to enter the prize draw.

4.     Prizes

• Guaranteed Reward: Each participant who completes the challenge will receive a Vuarnet Badge on Strava. This badge is a virtual reward and holds no monetary value.
• Prize Draw Rewards:
  • Four (4) pairs of Vuarnet sunglasses, each valued at approximately €300/US$350.
  • One (1) complete Vuarnet ski outfit, valued at approximately €1,100/US$1,100.
  • One (1) alpine adventure with a professional mountain guide for two people, valued at approximately €550/US$550.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted for cash or any other alternative, except at the Promoter’s discretion.
• Specific prize details, including model, color, or availability, may vary based on stock and geographical location.

5.     How to Enter the Prize Draw

• Participants who complete the 4-hour challenge within the promotional period will automatically be entered into the prize draw.
• Participants are limited to one (1) entry. Multiple or duplicate entries are void.
• Participation in the promotion and entry into the prize draw is entirely free of charge.
• Activities must be logged and verified via the Strava App no later than 23:59 (GMT) on 23 April 2025.
• Activities deemed fraudulent, incomplete, or generated by automated systems will result in disqualification.
• Participants who breach these Terms and Conditions will be ineligible for prizes.

6.     Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected randomly using a verifiable computerized process within 7 days after the promotional period ends.
• Winners will be notified via the email address linked to their Strava account within 7 days of the draw.
• Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize and provide the required details (i.e., delivery address) within 14 days of notification. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify winners’ eligibility and request additional identification or proof of activity completion.

7.     Prize Delivery

• Prizes will be dispatched within 28 days of receiving the winner’s delivery information.
• Prizes will be sent via a tracked delivery service requiring a signature upon receipt.
• If a prize is not received within the stated timeframe, winners must notify the Promoter within 7 days. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
