Why can't I see any tracking updates ?

Typically, tracking updates are not available for the first 24 hours of a shipment. Please allow some time for the first scans to show on your tracking number. If it has been over 24 hours, and you still cannot see a tracking update, do not fret. On some occasions, package scans will happen late and will not show until the package is in your area.
